I am located in Somerset in the UK and use Royal Mail for the delivery of most items, although I do use a courier for larger parcels. I aim to package and ship your order within 3 working days of receiving it.
I love it when customers buy several items!! You don’t need to ask for combined shipping, I will automatically do this for you and refund you any excess money paid.
Unfortunately, I cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date, although I will try my best. No compensation will be given for items that are delayed.
All shipping costs include the cost of packaging materials. I try to reuse packaging whenever possible, partly to keep shipping costs down for everyone, but mostly to be as environmentally friendly as possible.
I always pack items as safely as possible. However, disasters do sometimes occur. If an item arrives and it has broken in the post, all you need to do is contact me as soon as possible attaching clear photographs of the damage and the packaging. I will then arrange a refund.
If the broken item is part of a set, I can only refund for the actual item and not the whole set. You are welcome to return the whole set, but the refund will be for the value of the purchase not including the shipping costs. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorisation.
If you are an overseas buyer, please contact me first to ask for an estimate of shipping costs. Please allow up to 21 days for delivery. If there are any delays in Customs, it may take a little longer. I am not responsible for any such delays. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import duties that may apply.
